Procedure to acquire Combine marks sheet & Degree:

Procedure for Karachi University students to get Combine marks sheet' especially for students of Bachelors in Science (Computer Science) Evening program. 1- Buy form of combine mark sheet for BS (CS) from 'Silver Jubilee' gate's bank, timing 9 AM to 1 day PM. 2- Then attest the form from the book bank & Library both are located in 'Mehmood Hussian' library ground floor. 3- Attest from 'Account section', it's located in Administration block, 3rd floor to your left when you are using the stairs. 4- Attest from 'Enrollment section', located on the ground floor of 'Visual studies'. 5- Attest from department's library. 6- Attest from your department's lab attendant Mr. Abdul Qayyum (for Computer Science department). 7- Attest from Chairman of department. (Also attest any application if you have cleared any previous objection) 8- Then submit the form in the Semester Cell, for Evening the timing is 2:30 to 8:00 but it's better to visit office from 4:00 to 6:00 9- Combine marks sheet will come in the director of evening give the receiving receipt of the form to them and get your combine mark sheet. Note: *Now there is no requirement of urgent fees for combine mark In charge Semester Cell. *Don't go between 1 PM to 2 PM to any department to attest any document as this is the lunch time & evening students should go in morning timings for document attestation. Procedures for Karachi University students to get combine 'Degree' especially for students of Bachelors in Science (Computer Science) Evening program. 1-Purchase degree form from Silver jubilee gate for rupees 25 2-Fill the form 3-Attach all the documents photocopies that are written on the last page of the form, all those documents even matric certificate, CNIC etc along with filled form should be attested by your department. 4- 6th no. window is for the degree submit your form there, hell ask do you want degree Most Urgent, Urgent or Normal, you had to check from the checkbox this on your form as well, for Most Urgent charges are around 2500/- Rs, for Urgent around 1800/- Rs and for normal I guess 500 or 100 Rs I dont remember exactly. Then hell returns you a portion of your form, keep that safe, because when the postman comes with the degree hell handed you your degree only when you give him that portion of the form. 5-Most Urgent degree comes in a week, Urgent that I filled had time duration of 14 days, my degree came on the 13th day, and Normal takes 60+ days.
