De dimineata pana seara, in fiecare zi, am foarte multe activitati de rutina, care imi
toaca timpul si nervii intr-o foarte mare masura. Cred ca si tu esti in aceiasi situatie. Iti
recomand si tie, anumite obiceiuri si activitati care sa te mai scoata din stres, pe care eu le
aplic in mare masura.
