The majority of contacts in the Jigsaw database are accurate and up to date. This is
due to our dedicated users, who mutually benefit from collaborating on adding and
editing contact information. If you come across a bad contact, simply update or
challenge it and you'll get your points back.

If the contact is less than perfect, whoever added it will incur a penalty of 10 points.
This penalty deters incorrect or out of date submissions and promotes a self-correcting
system in which members aim to add their best contacts to avoid being penalized and
tarnishing their reputation. All data submissions and challenges are actively enforced
using Jigsaw's patent pending technology.
