    Dr. Fuad Mussa, a senior surgeon at Be'er Sheva's Soroka Medical Center, had impregnated his girlfriend, and he demanded that she have an abortion. She refused, so he decided to hire three street thugs to perform the procedure. In 1999, the thugs attacked his girlfriend, and beat her so severely that she gave birth to a stillborn son. Mussa watched the entire brutal episode. He was sentenced to eight years' imprisonment.1
