    WE ARE BUILDING A TEACHING AND LEARNING COMMUNITY ON POSITIVE SCHOOL-FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS. We make events such as parent-teacher conferences and open houses more productive and meaningful for everyone involved. We conduct welcoming activities and create students and teachers are enhances by team positive and experiential learning. W e involve building classroom climate. Interaction among students in developing classroom rules and goals. Each teacher creates a unique learning environment by bringing his own personality and style into the classroom.
