You should call your members by their names for making strong bond between both of you. 8. Eye contact is very important for your session 9. Ask different questions during the session. 10.Encourage the discussion so all the participants understand the actual meaning of your discussion. 11.Plan an activity in the end of your session and give prize to the winner to increase their interest.(Tell them in the start of the session so their interest must be in the session) 12.During your speech do not still on the stage. Walk or go between the chairs to make your participants attentive.
