Copy of the title deed. Extract of V.F. 7/12 and its 4 Xerox copies., Details about crops cultivated in the land. Mutation entries mentioned in the 7/12. Extract of village form 8 A and one copy. Extract of gat book copy. Land map from the concerned authority. Copies of Location plan, site plan and 8 copies of Building plan. NOC for N.A. Permission from concerned town planning authority. If the land is not abutting to any classified road and right of way over the boundaries of other survey number , then consent from the other persons. If the land in question is abutting NH or SH, copy of the NOC from Highway Authorities, PWD or other appropriate authority, NOC from concern Grampanchyat/Municipal councils, NOC from the Land Acquisition Officer. If the land is attracting provisions of Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 then the Sale Permission received under section 43. If the land comes under Inam class then copy of the permission from the competent authority. Consent from the persons whose name is mentioned in other rights column 2 copies. No dues certificate from farmers co -op society, Certificate received from the Talathi stating theirin that the land in the question is not under acquisition.

Any other documents such as NOC and clearance certificate etc if the land attract provisions of some other laws . If the applicant not a owner of the land then Power of Attorney for converting the said land for Non Agricultural Use required.
