Here some tips on how to get a good night's sleep, adapted from the student counseling center at Kansas State University, and you'll be on your way to better sleep in no time.

1. Make a bedtime routine. 2. Go to bed at the same time each night & wake up at the same time each morning. 3. Avoid naps. 4. Breathe deeply. 5. Avoid caffeine, cheese and certain meats before bedtime. 6. Think of things that are calming and comforting 7. Banish stressful thoughts from your mind -- for now.
