    Right Click on Maintenance Plan and select Maintenance Plan Wizard.

    You can leave as default and press next.

    Select the following options and press next.

    Press Next

    Select the databases.

    Select the databases for backup

    Select to create separate sub directory for each database

    Select path where backup will be saved

    Now schedule the backup

    Give a friendly name

    Define frequency

    Define time when backup will occur

    If report of backup required, define the location where this report will be saved.

    Finish to complete the job.
