The ADJG Optimisation done using the following method:
- Reduce the number ADJGs within the ADJG list of each cell
in the plan area down to about, say, 25 per cell using the
MBNL in-house process or Optimizer.
- Create the Rotation ADJG list as ADJG plans using the
Optimizer
- Provision the 1
st
Rotation ADJG plan into the network. Make
WCDMA measurement for 1 day.
- Repeat the last process until all the ADJG plan has been
provisioned into the network. Note, the last plan is used to set
the network back to its original state. Therefore, you do not
need to make WCDMA measurement after the last plan.

ADJG Optimisation : After defining the Rotation pIan name. Two Rotation pIans wiII be
created by the Optimizer. In this exampIe, the "ADJG Rotation PIan" is created for measuring the
quaIity of the surrounding ceIIs that are not in the actuaI ADJG Iist. The "ADJG Rotation PIan_2" is
created to set the ADJG Iist in the pIan area back to the originaI state.
The ADJG Optimisation process is described in the foIIowing:
(1) Export the "ADJG Rotation PIan" into CM Operations Manager. From the CM Operations Manager
provision the pIan into the network.
(2) Make WCDMA measurement of the pIan area for 1 day
(3) Export the "ADJG Rotation PIan_2" into CM Operations Manager. From the CM Operations
Manager provision the pIan into the network. This wiII set the ADJG in the pIan area back to the
