en promoted to director at Fiscal Management Associates, LLC (FMA), a leading national consulting firm to non-profit organizations. The announcement was made by Founder and Managing Director Hilda H. Polanco. As director, his responsibilities include overseeing FMAs business and program development efforts, including leading FMAs business development strategies, marketing and public relations activities as well as overall communications. He was formerly a senior manager at FMA, where hes worked for the past five years. Stu was the leading force behind the development of the FMA Institute. The skills and insights he brings to FMA continue to be an asset in his new, well deserved role, said Polanco.
