INTRODUCTION
We found that in Public sector organization employees are more comfortable to work in their office because they provide far more facilities & peaceful life and also in professionals like Lawyer, CA, Doctor and many more are work in low stress in comparison with IT (BPO) sector. Because of BPO s Long hours of work, permanent night shifts, incredibly high work targets, loss of identity...are the dark clouds that threaten the BPO industry in India. The endless stress and the long hours put in make it difficult to maintain a worklife balance. This ultimately leads to insecurity in professional as well in personal life. This has become a major problem for the IT industries because this is leading to poor work environment, higher labor turnover and reduction in output level and insecurity in existing business.

Management Problem:

IT (BPO) Sector: It will provide insights about causes and effects to stress related problems IT (BPO) firms and its probable solutions.

Research Problem:

Job stress in IT (BPO) sector the causes and effect analysis

OBJECTIVE
 To identify the causes that lead to high stress.  To suggest measures that can be adjusted by employees and organization to reduce stress.  To identify certain perceptual and attitudinal change that help to minimize stress
