2. Contract Duration The term of this agreement is from ____________ until __________________ . It is mutually agreed that the AU-PEN may offer you a new contract of employment after the expiration of this contract on or before______________________, unless AU-PEN gives the you a 15-day written notice of its intention not to re-employ the you. 3. Salary You shall receive a salary of _______________________ per class. Salary is paid every 15th and end of each month. A record of classes must be recorded by the employer as basis for the salary. 4. Working Hours You are expected to report from ___________ to ______________ per class with a ________ minutes break between each class. While in this employment, you are not allowed to take another position or take on other work duties that will interfere with the agreements in this contract. 5. You will be required to attend in the meetings being called by AU-PEN and shall devote a reasonable amount of out-of-class time to curriculum-development, to sponsoring student activities, and to other duties as assigned by AU-PEN. Attendance in the meetings shall be compensated with salary in accordance with this agreement.

6. Cancellation of classes AU-PEN may cancel a class due to force majeure. You shall not receive salary for cancelled class. 7. Loyalty Mutual loyalty is expected from both parties. You must refrain from advertising for competing schools/studios and courses at the workplace. If a student requests or needs advice on alternative schools/studios and programs, AU-PEN and you shall act together in advising and giving guidance. 8. Suspension/Termination You may be suspended or discharged for good cause as shall be determined in the exclusive discretion of AU-PEN. It is specifically understood that good cause for discharge shall include but not be limited to: inadequacy of teaching, misconduct, neglect of duty, physical or mental incapacity, actions involving moral turpitude, violation of the terms of this agreement, or any conduct not in keeping with the rules and regulations of AU-PEN.
