    OCA President AMOSUP Dear Sir:

    I m Mr. ANICETO B. BAYLEN JR. whose currently employed by Pobar Marine Services Inc. would like to request your good office to process my application for the full payment of my retirement benefits since I was a member of AMOSUP for almost 13 years already. I really need some financial assistance right away because my last contract was terminated due to a change of crew management. This will also finance my upcoming Deck O.I.C. licensure examination. I m utilizing all my assets and liabilities since I have 3 outstanding loans already namely; from SSS, Pag-ibig HDMF &Philam life Insurance.
