    Angel yeast extract LIG02 is a yeast extract paste obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of Saccharomyces
    cerevisiae which is rich of RNA.
    This product is naturally rich in 5IMP and 5GMP, which can enhance the food flavour.

    - soups, sauces
    - Meat and fish products,
    - Biscuits, crisps, savoury snacks,
    - Seasoning, Flavouring, savoury premixes.
