high circulating IGF-I (found in milk) and an increased risk of lung, colon, prostate and pre-menopausal breast cancer has rec ently been reported. 2) It can cause heart disease Dairy products gave the highest correlation coefficient to heart disease, while sugar, animal proteins and animal fats came in second, third, and fourth, respec tively. 3) Allergies Milk is the most common cause of food allergy. Symptoms include bloating, stomac h pain, cramps, gas or diarrhea (for Lactose Intolerance) and swelling, itching, bronchospasm, hives, hypotension or shock, abdominal cramps and diarrhea (for M ilk Allergy). 4) Women's health problems Health problems associated with the consumption of dairy foods include benign br east conditions, recurrent vaginitis, acne, menstrual cramps, fibroids, chronic intestinal upset and increased pain from endometriosis. 5) It can cause butt pimples Dairy products are the main cause of butt pimples. 6) Iron deficiency Cow's milk can cause blood loss from the intestinal tract, which over time, redu ces the body's iron stores. Blood loss may be a reaction to cow's milk proteins. 7) Diabetes New studies, and more than 20 well-documented previous ones, have prompted one r esearcher to say the link between milk and juvenile diabetes is "very solid".
