We are installing one pendent in that brushing area which covers almost all the functions but it is going to use a lot of 24core cable(6run x 40meters approx) instead of that one HMI can be placed covering all the controls necessary(without any cables)

    STATUS UPS to all the control panel wiring and MCB layout is over.Only incoming supply to the UPS from main PDB is left and is expected to be over by Wednesday dated 03/08/2011.

    PC required 2 Engineering station installation

    operator stations installation

    installed and running discussion is pending. We are installing one pendent in that brushing area which covers almost all the functions but it is going to use a lot of 24core cable(6run x 40meters approx).Instead of that one HMI can be placed covering all the controls necessary(without any cables)

    HMI installation at Brushing Machine

    Waiting for machine to be set up so that programing 5 Brushing Machine Controller Installation and Testing can be transferred to the controller.Drive panel is ready to be powered up. Limit sensors have been placed for Ejectors/Stoppers/recievers in Blower and Inspection area and will be tested by 2nd of August. For other areas we are waiting for the L channels(50 in nos) and requirements have been given to Mr. R P and Mr Ravikant

    Limit Sensor Installation and Testing

    7 Proximity Sensor Installation in the Coating line

    All the sensors have been placed in Blasting and Inspection area and testing will be over by 3rd of August

    Cooling Pendent Installation and Testing

    Waiting for the pendent to arrive.Further course of action can only be taken after the arrival of pendent. Expected to arrive by 2nd or 3rd August .

    Feedbacks from Chiller Units and Pump house

    discussed about the feedbacks(ON/OFF/TRIP) from chiller unit today(01/08/2011).Wiring and programming will take a day. All the controls will be given on Operator station provided in the Application Area
