This paper proposes a model for the selection of countries to export products taking under
consideration that the globalization had influenced the growing interest in expanding companies to
foreign markets, The model was build in order to support small and medium size companies’ producers
of goods in their intemationalization process using the Analytic Network Pracess approach, This model
allows invalving multiple criteria both quantitative and qualitative for ranking alternatives.
Furthermore, the Analytic Network Process make possible take under consideration interdependence
between criteria using a network structure.

problem with multiple criterion, Due that the relation of the selection criteria of the best light machine
gun is evaluated within a feedback systematic among each other a model has been developed
pertaining to the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) in the selection of the weapons. The
criteria pertaining to the altemative weapons considered to be taken has been determined: the
necessary polls have been prepared and applied; the results have been achieved using the Super

Governments in every administrative level are buying technological sts (e.g. hardware), office
accessories, constructions and services (e.g. software) from various private sources to fuffill te needs
of citizens and most importantly to accelerate and be productive and efficient in their routine and
services around-the-clock. In this paper, research will be done upon the procurement of web
applications and any other stuff mentioned above by various ministries and top-level administrative
bodies in Myanmar. As much as (14) high-level government departments and offices from various
ministries in Myanmar are to be evaluated based on their procurement practices. A group of (20)
Critical Success Factors (CSF) acknowledged and verified in the previous researches and literature are
also to be prioritized in accordance with those procurement contracts of the government offices. 4 case
stucly is catied out by differentiating the procurement undertakings as ICT and non-ICT sectors._In this
paper, a modified and advanced fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), also known as synthetic
extent method, is being applied together with the assistances of survey questionnaire, personal
interviews and expert opinions. The current research will partly explore the factors influencing the
successful technology and non-technology procurement from a developing county's perspectives. In
addition, it wil stud the interactions amona the actors involved in the procurement process and theimplications will finally be lai to pave a pathway for successful public procurement in developing
countries
