    Karthik from Pondicherry is a student in the M.Sc Counseling & Psychotherapy program at TNOU since 2008. Due to family problems, he was unable to submit internals assignments and records. When he approached the Chennai study center for help, they did not properly guide him. Even after getting clearance from the Controller of Examiner, the study center still did not provide help or guidelines. Karthik is now in the dark about completing his degree and requests guidance on changing study centers or receiving a PG Diploma in Counseling Psychology since he has completed the first year, which is equivalent to that diploma.

    Dear Sir; I am Karthik .A from Pondicherry. I have join in your Valuable University on July 2008 June 2010 M.

    .Sc Counseling & Psychotherapy (Reg No: 8123200024) . I have completed my 1st year successfully. Due to my family problem I cant able to submit my internals assignment and record. I was approached the the Chennai study center on Jan 2011 regarding this issues, I was not been guided properly. And also directed to contact later. Again for the July 2011 exam I have approached the Chennai study center, after many contact, Finally they asked me to get clearance from the Controller of Examiner TNOU on 30 May 2011. The Controller of Examiner TNOU has directed the Chennai study center to permit after accepting my assignment. The original copy of the letter has been given to Chennai study center on 3 June 2011. But still I never get any Help/guidelines from them regarding internals assignment and record, expect asking me to call later. In this case there are many misunderstanding has happened between me and the Chennai study center and Still I am in dark to complete my M.Sc Counselling & Psychotherapy Degree. So can you please guide me to change the study center. If not possible to change the study center I am ready to discontinued from M.Sc Counselling & Psychotherapy and also can you please provide me P.G. Diploma in Counselling Psychology since I
