AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE AND PURCHASE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

1. The Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy the following vehicle (the Vehicle) on the terms of this agreement:

4. The Seller warrants that the Seller is the legal owner and has the right to sell the Vehicle, and that the Vehicles
odometer reading is substantially accurate. The Seller makes no other warranties or representations regarding the
condition of the Vehicle.
5. Either:
The Seller warrants that the Vehicle is free of any securities (encumbrances) (e.g. money owing to finance company).
Or:
This agreement is conditional on the Seller clearing all debts owing on the Vehicle and providing evidence that there
are no securities against the Vehicle within ___ days of signing this agreement. Failure to do so will render this
agreement void. The Seller will return the Buyers deposit in full within three (3) days should the Seller fail to meet
this condition.

6. Should the Vehicle be damaged prior to the Transfer Date, the Buyer has the right to cancel this agreement and

7. The Buyer acknowledges that the Buyer has examined and operated the Vehicle and agrees to purchase and accept
the Vehicle on an 'as-is, where-is' basis with no warranties whatsoever, except as stated in clause 5.
8. The Buyer understands that insurance, financial responsibility and legal ownership fall to the Buyer solely with effect
from the Transfer Date.
9. The Buyer and Seller further agree that this agreement is the whole of the agreement between them and supersedes
any prior agreement or understanding between them.
