    Within the frames of DIUS project workpackage 3 the universities are supposed to establish internal quality assurance units. Therefore, the next steps to be undertaken include the following: 1. Recruitment of the necessary staff a. development of the unit organogram b. Development of job responsibilities 2. Providing legitimate background for the infrastructure functioning a. Development of the unit charter b. Approval of the unit charter by the respective authorities in the university c. Development of the concept for internal quality assurance d. Development of a strategic plan for internal quality assurance (2011-2015) e. Development of an Operational plan for 2011-2013 3. Purchasing the equipment for the infrastructure functioning a. Provide a budget for purchasing the necessary equipment for the unit functioning
