1.0 Mobilization and demobilization of all required personnel and Lumpsum
equipments and their augmentation thereof, detailed engineering and
site engineering, and all expenses such as but not limited to
management and supervision, overheads, incidentals, plant and
machinery, materials, labour, profits, insurance/taxes/duties
/permissions, interface and coordination (wherever applicable) etc.
required for construction, running and maintenance of paved access
roads, local site grading and other enabling works, as required, such
as temporary site offices, site office facilities for OWNER, labour
colony, stores and warehouse, explosive store, cement godown,
maintenance workshop, medical facilities, etc. water, power and
utilities of any kind, operation of rock dump area, ground water
management and monitoring, dewatering within the reference
frames, operation of water curtain system during construction,
geotech / vibration / noice monitoring, temporary works, cleaning,
assistance during cavern testing, submission of final as-built
documents, handing over the site, etc. as specified in Scope of Work
and any other activity required to be performed for satisfactory
completion of the WORK.
