Input requirements to achieve output:

Large oil droplets. Small oil droplets can be caused by mechanical shear and emulsifying chemicals.
Quick break detergents and degreasers must be used for floor, machinery and vehicle washing/degreasing.
Temperature above 10oC, the higher the temperature the better the oil separation performance.
Water recycle for reprocessing. Oil droplets that miss separation in one pass have the chance to be separated
in a second pass.
