Monday: UoI Reading (Each day)

Use your Homework Planner to plan this weeks homework before you do anything else. Each night you should complete at least 15-20 minutes of reading. You can read to an adult in your house, share what you read with an adult, or you can read to yourself. This week we will start using our Voicethread Reading Record. Choose a section of the book you are reading for homework and record a reading sample. You may want to rehearse this before you record your sample. Number Knowledge Goal Continue working on your Number Knowledge goal: Number Order & Sequence, Place Value, Fractions or Basic Facts. Share your ideas on our class blog. This way we will build up games, ideas and activities we can use to improve our number knowledge. For example, if I find a great interactive game to help me learn my fractions I will share it on the blog. If I find some great songs that help me memorise my tables, I will share this on the blog. Mathletics - 20mins of set activities 2 - 3 times this week. This does not include live games, changing your avatar or bonus point shopping.
