Push-up Test

Push-up test is a test for MUSCULAR ENDURANCE.

ABOUT THE TEST


Take a mat and a stopwatch Take a correct push-up position BOYS forefoot or toes on floor legs, hips, and back straight student places upright hands below chest

GIRLS knees on floor or mat hips and back straight shoulders the same height of elbow

Partner has a stopwatch ready and stands by the mat Partner gives commands set and go and times 30sec Student performs as many repetitions of correct push-ups as possible without pausing for 30 sec. Record students number of correct push-ups performed within 30 sec.
