HAND WALL THROW TEST

Alternative catch-throw wall test is a test for Hand-Eye COORDINATION.

ABOUT THE TEST


Stop watch ready Stand two meters away from a smooth wall with a tennis ball in your right hand. Throw the tennis ball with your right hand against the wall and catch it with your left hand. Throw the ball with your left hand against the wall and catch it with the right hand. Partner counts the catches for 30sec. If you drop the ball fetch it and carry on with the counts from where you stopped. You have 3 sets of 30 sec. Record accurately your best score (the highest number of catches for 30 sec) on the sheet on the wall in the correct box. Compare your result with the chart provided on the wall to see if this aspect of fitness is one of your strengths or weaknesses.
