    smallest at ‘site 1’ and largest at ‘site 4’. ‘Site’ 4’ is 14.8 times wider than ‘site1’.

    The depth of the river starts reasonably deep, then gets shallower, then the depth
    increases and then increases again at ‘site 4’. The river is at it’s deepest at ‘site
    1’. At ‘site1’ the river is 2.64 times deeper than at ‘site 2’.
    The cross sectional area of the river increases downstream. At ‘site 1’ the CSA is
    smallest and at ‘site 4’ it is largest. The cross sectional area at ‘site 4’ is 22.
