    I have read the club constitution and agree to abide by it. I agree to lay no claim
    and keep indemnified Aberdeen & District MCC, the SACU, the ACU, (including
    the owners or leaseholders of any land used by Aberdeen & District MCC), and
    their respective officials, servants, representatives and agents from and against
    all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injuries
    (as the case may be), howsoever caused arising out of or in conjunction with
    my membership Aberdeen & District MCC or my taking part in the club and not
    withstanding the same may have contributed to or occasioned by the
    negligence of the said bodies, their officials, representatives or agents.
    Membership runs from 01/01/07 – 30/12/07, renewable yearly.
