Subject: - Withdrawal of Guarantee/Redemption of
Mortgaged Property.
Mr. Abdul Jabbar S/o Abdul Aziz resident of H.
No. 14-100, “Z” Block, New Multan has advised by appointing me as his counsel to serve upon you a legal notice in the following effects: -
1. That Mr. Khursheed Ahmad S/o Nasir Ahmad had
availed loan facility of Rs. 270,500/- from your branch against which my client stood guarantee by mortgaging his property. Photo-copy of Mortgage Deed is attached. 2. That the guarantee was given for the specific loan, which has been fully adjusted now.
3. That it has come to my knowledge that the said loanee
intends to enhance the loan amount on the same guarantee without the consent of my client.
Under these circumstance, you are requested
to please treat the guarantee of my client as cancelled and immediately arrange to redeem his property within 15 days, otherwise my client will seek redressal through court of law at your cost and risk. A copy of this notice has been retained in my office. Please keep the original one with you for production in the court, if required.
