Commercially Sensitive Information

Whole section G4S considers all comments on the T&Cs to be commercially sensitive. Where individuals are named we consider this commercially sensitive information both for data protection purposes (we would need their permission to make their names public) and to prevent our competitors headhunting our top people. Whole section G4S considers the location of our subcontractors premises and outreach premises to be a key area of competitive advantage within our supply chain. By having more and better placed delivery locations we are able to better support people into employment. Whole Section G4S considers our staffing levels and the intellectual property underpinning how we determine those staffing levels to be a key source of competitive advantage. G4S have non-disclosure agreements with our Supply Chain that legally prevent us from publicly disclosing information about them and their delivery locations without their permission.
