Even though she use the Old traditional method with chalk in her hands while explaining their lesson, I observe that she catch the interest of her students by giving an example based on reality which makes the student to be interest because they are base on their true experiences in the environment. She can explain well by using different colorful pictures, charts and graphic organizer for the student to easily understand the lesson for this day.

When I enter one of there classroom for an observation in the field study and sit at the back for class observation, I have observed that they have there daily routine to be followed, first before there class starts the teacher makes sure that the classroom where clean if there are some piece of paper that left by the last section, it should be pick and dispose it properly in the trash bin for them to learn maintain the cleanliness of the room, then after this, one of the student will lead the prayer, and it is also the one who will check the attendance of the whole class, then with the good ambiance and setting the whole class into good mood the teacher will start there lesson, then afterwards the teacher will facilitate an objective type of paper test to measure there student understanding on there lesson for this day.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT MATRIX Aspects of Classroom Management Specific Areas in the Classroom In there typical laboratory room, I see many cabinets in the room where different kind of laboratory apparatus, and specimen, preserve cat, frog, mussels, and fetus. Classroom Rules where post in the side of the room near the door Classroom procedures are the set rules that will discuss by the teacher if there is an activity to be conducted. There are posted cleaners for the day at the side of the blackboard by this, the teacher will be fair in each of the student. Description Effect on the Learners (to be filled up after you answer the analysis question) All of the student who will use the laboratory room will be taking in charge of all the things which kept in the cabinet, they will be responsible to clean, and maintain the orderliness of the cabinet. For the student to read the Classroom Rules before entering the room for the class session. The learners develop there listening ability to execute an specific task given by the teacher.

MY ANALYSIS

1. How the classroom organization and routines did affect the learners behavior? Classroom organization and routines have a huge effect in the learners behavior because this will set as there basis for there attitude. This may help them to build a good attitude in doing a specific task. This routine will mold there over all behavior because it serve as training in the future whether they will be a good citizen of our country not.

2. What should the teacher have in mind when she/he designs the classroom organization and routines? What theories and principles should have in mind? The teacher should bear in his/her mind that if he/she will fail to prepare there lesson for the day he/she is fail. Because the student must have learned something on the lesson that she/he must be teach. The student will be insufficient in there cognitive skills. Thats why before the lesson, the teacher must design activities that will enhance there capabilities and abilities. It should be catch the attention of all of his/her student for them to enjoy their school work.

3. Which behavior strategies were affective in managing the behavior of the learners? In motivating student? Why were they affective? The teacher must give activity that all of the student will participate and interested, by this, the student will not bored in the class discussion it also motivate them to learn and they also enjoy on what they are doing. This will also serve as the training for molding there attitudes towards the lesson.

MY REFLECTION: 1. Imagine yourself organizing your future classroom in the future. In what grade/year level do you see yourself? What routines and procedures would you consider for this level? Why? I imagine myself teaching second year student in the future. Because Im majoring Biology, so I want to teach from my own specialization subject. Before I start my lesson, one of my students will lead the prayer to bless us on our daily activities in school, for my student also, to develop there faith and fear to God. After the prayer the assign student will check the attendance by leading the count off each gender to know how many are present or absent. By assigning each student this responsibility, each of them will be responsible in every classroom routines and procedure without biased in each of them. Then, I will teach my lesson proper to them. Afterward, after our discussion the monitor cleaner by group will clean the room and maintain the orderliness of the chairs, etc. 2. Make a list of rules you are likely to implement in this level. Why would you choose these rules? a. Observe orderliness and cleanliness before and after the class session and before and after entering the classroom.( to maintain the cleanliness of the room) b. Every time the lesson is said to be started, we must pray first. ( to oblige them to have faith in God and have fear to God almighty) c. Then check the attendance by the assigned monitor for that day ( to develop there irresponsibleness in each task) d. The students absent must not more than 5 absents ( for them not to skip the lesson) e. The student must be always ready for the pre and post quiz, even for the surprise quiz ( to determine their cognitive skills on the lesson)

3. Should learners be involved in making the class rules? Why? Yes, because they are the one who will obey the rules. As a teacher, the student must express their opinion and recommendation if the rules will exaggerate them. Because some rules that been set by the teacher is sometimes not follow by the student.
