AMINE BOOSTER PUMP

1. Check the oil level.

2. Check the suction pressure for positive pressure.
3. Check surge drum for positive pressure, N2 inlet/outlet valves are open.
4. Check level in surge drum and ensure 50% level in drum.
5. Open suction valve wide open.
6. Purge from purge point at pressure gauge at discharge line.
7. Open minimum circulation valve fully open.
8. Crack open discharge valve.
9. Turn Auto/Manual switch to Manual mode.
10. Start the pump.
11. Start opening discharge valve to fully open.
12. Check discharge pressure for constant pressure.
13. Check for abnormal sound.

AMINE CIRCULATION PUMP.

1. Check Amine Booster pump in service.

2. Check Amine cooler in service and lean Amine temperatuer is 135 deg.f max.
3. Check Amine Booster discharge pressure is 60 psig min.
4. Open suction valves wide open.
5. Purge the pump from bleed point at pressure gauge at discharge line.
6. Keep close the minimum circulation valve due design flaw.
7. Fully open discharge valve.
8. Check isolating valves of flow control valve and to Absober are open.
9. Open 3% FCV.
10. Turn Auto/Manual switch to Manual.
11. Start circulation pump and control the flow through control valve to a minimum of 900 gpm
as early as possible.

INCINERATOR.

1. Check on DCS, the fuel gas valve is fully close.

2. Check all block valves of fuel gas, flash gas are open at field.
3. Check pressure at fuel gas is 35 psig.
4. Check the Electric supply is ON.
5. Check all lights are O.K by light switch.
6. Check the instrument air supply to all system is O.K.
7. Check all alarms are acknowledge and all lights are OFF except Low pressure and low
temperature.
8. Check limits are satisfied. This will be indicated by Blue light.
9. Put Acid gas button on Lock out.
10. Start F.D fans.
11. Open the top damper to 100%. Low pressure indication will be OFF.
12. Start system for purging.
13. After completion of purging, green light will be ON.
14. Close the damper from top handle.
15. Push the pilots ON button.
16. Check the pressure at pilot line as 10 psig, Other wise call instrument section for regulator
setting.
17. Check flame 1& 2 are ON.
18. Wait for three minutes, if flames remain ON push the start Burner button.
19. Check for 3 minuets for flame ON then adjust the damper at 35% ( Marked position)
20. Control the temperature at 500 deg.F through DCS.
21. Push the flash gas ON button.
22. Put Acid gas button on Auto.
23. Acid gas ESD valve will be opened Automatically at 600 deg.F.
