1: No Motor 6, 8: Intermediate shaft broken. 9: pressure plate bolt loose and have gap. 11: Coiler side f/bolt loose, sound from coupling. 12: F/bolt loose, pressure plate bolt loose. 13: Off, inspections cover open. 1:No Motor 3: Decoupled. 10: Ar. Cable in tension due to pipe. 14: No Motor. House keeping must. Lot of sleeve , textolite supporting spring and plates are there. 1: motor off; One roll out of 3 is decoupled. 2: motor off; One roll out of 3 is decoupled. Motor 4, 6, 7: One roll of each Pressure plate open in reducer. 8: Motor Off; 7: Undersize bolt (small length) in foundation. 5: Reducer grease cup open. Heavy oil and water leakage in coupling area. Due to this leakage in cable gallery. Stair for motor and motor cable is filled with grease and oil. Motor coupling bolts are loose. Its Coupling guard is missing.
