Delivery Agreement

{Name of Company} agrees to deliver the following to {Name} on {date}:

{Name of Company} will deliver the goods listed above via {truck, mail, etc.}. {Name} must provide reasonable access to the location so that the delivery drivers and/or employees are able to safely deliver the goods. {Name of Company} will do its best to ensure the safety of the goods in transit, and during the introduction of the goods into {Names} residence/business. The goods will be insured for {amount}. {Name of Company} will not be responsible for any damages caused after its delivery drivers and/or employees leave {Names} residence/business. {Name} must sign a proof of delivery sheet to indicate this. {Name} must inspect the goods to determine their condition prior to the departure of {Name of Companys} employees. Any damage reported after {Name} signs the proof of delivery and the employees depart the location will be repaired at the discretion of {Name of Company}. The fees for this delivery are {amount}, payable {when the customer will be required to pay the delivery fee}.
