    SPECIAL ISSUE 217 Kenya Gazette Supplement No. 48 10th June, 2011 (Legislative Supplement No. 24) LEGAL NOTICE NO. 63 LABOUR INSTITUTIONS ACT (No. 12 of 2007) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Labour Institutions Act, 2007, the Minister for Labour makes the following Order:— THE REGULATION OF WAGES (AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2011 1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Wages (Agricultural Industry) (Amendment) Order, 2011, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the Ist May, 2011. 2. The Regulation of Wages (Agricultural Industry) Order is sub.Leg. amended by deleting the Schedule thereto and inserting the following new Schedule: SCHEDULE BASIC MINIMUM CONSOLIDATED WAGES Occupation Per Month Per Day KSh.
