MECHANICS FOR DECLAMATION CONTEST

1. A minimum of five (5) contestants per section is allowed. 2. The declamation piece shall focus on the theme of excellence or anything related to teacher education. 3. Delivery should last for 5 minutes only. 4. No props, visual effects and background music are allowed to enhance the performance. Make-up and costume however are encouraged.

MECHANICS FOR ORATORICAL CONTEST

1. A minimum of five (5) contestants per section is allowed.

MECHANICS FOR ON-THE-SPOT PAINTING CONTEST

1. A minimum of three (3) participants per section is allowed. 2. The contestants must bring their own painting brushes, rulers and pencils. Any kind of brush will be allowed. 3. The contestants shall bring acrylic base paints. The color paints shall be composed of three primary colors (red, blue and yellow) and two natural colors (black and write). 4. The contestants will not be allowed to use their paints other than what is stated above. 5. Mixing of color paint is allowed. 6. The contestants will bring a illustration board. 7. Contestants will be allowed to finish their painting for 4 hours. 8. No borderline in the master illustration board is allowed. 9. The contestants must be in the contest area at least 30 minutes before the contest proper. 10. No distinguishing mark or name of the contestants shall appear in the entries. 11. MECHANICS FOR CHARCOAL-RENDERING CONTEST

1. A minimum of three (3) participants per section is allowed. 2. The team must bring the following materials during the contest. a. Soft pencil from 2B to 8B or medium drawing pencil, charcoal pencil, art gunner equivalent; b. Brush, cotton, tissue, sand paper, pantograph and air brush (optional); c. Master illustration board with size 15 x 20 3. The duration of the contest proper is 3 to 4 hours. 4. No borderline in the master illustration board is allowed. 5. No distinguishing mark or name of the contestants shall appear in the entries. 6. The theme to be used is __________________________________________

MECHANICS FOR ON THE ESSAY CONTEST

1. A minimum of five (5) participants per section is allowed. 2. The essay shall be written in English in not less than 800 words but not more than 1,000 words. 3. The contestants shall be given two (2) hours to develop the composition. 4. The contestants will be provided with writing paper, a pen and their corresponding number, 5. The contestants will use a number on their paper. The same number will be written on another piece of paper together with their real name and the section which they represent. This will be used for verification of the winners. 6. No books, materials, dictionaries and the like shall be brought inside the contest venue. 7. No person shall be allowed inside the contest venue except for the contestants and the proctors. 8. The topic of the essay shall be declared by the Board of Judges.

PAGSULAT NG SANAYSAY (Para sa mga nasa-Unang Taon)

1. Ang bawat klase ay maaaring magpadala ng hindi bababa sa dalawang (2) kinatawan. 2. Ang dami ng salita ay hindi hihigit sa 1,000 at hindi naman kukulang sa 800. 3. Ang kalahok ay may libreng papel na may kalakip ng bilang at pirmado ng komite ng paligsahan, ngunit ito ay ibabalik matapos ang pagsusulat. 4. Ang pagdadala ng anumang aklat, talatinigan at iba pang bagay na maaaring pagkunan ng likha sa loob ng pagdadarausan ng timpalak ay hindi pahihintulutan. 5. Ang mga taong walang kaugnayan sa paligsahan ay hindi pahihintulutang pumasok sa bulwagan o silid na pagdarausan ng paligsahan. Ang mga kasapi ng komite at mga kalahok lamang ang may karapatang pumasok.

Istilo (Pagkakasunud-sunod, Pagkakaisa/Isahan, Pagkakaugnay) c. Mekaniks (Wastong pagbaybay, Angkop ng bantas, Wastong Palugit at pasok ng salita) TOTAL 100% 20 % 30% 50 %
