With reference to the subject cited above, We are sending you

the Instructions for the submission of detail of following matters:-

1. Detail of Hardware Database of ICT (P1)

2. Detail of fees submitted/pending (P3)
3. Revised date of Dec-2007 result submission of pending school is 5th Jan, 2008
4. Uptime/Penalty report should be submitted with Monthly Salary
Statement(P3)
5. Draft of 1st and 2nd Pending Installment of computer fee
6. Pending Computer Lab Installation Completion certificates of 3rd Phase
School.

Note:
1. Principal/Head must certified the total no of C. Leaves taken by each
Computer teacher/Faculty are not more then Ten(10) along with Dec-2007
Salary Statement.
2. All detail should be submitted before 05-01-2008.
3. As per DGSE Office Letter No. ASPD-ICT-1284-1303 dt 12-12-07, the
Principal/Head of the school should immediately intimate the absences of
computer teacher/Faculty in writing to DEO(SE) with a copy to Head
Office, Chandigarh.
4. As per DGSE Office Letter No. 3/5-ICT-2007/Misc-GI/1194-1212 dt 12-
12-07, Shifting of computer labs outside school premises.
5. CD of P1 Performa is Developed at Block Level(in MS-Excel only)
