    Our group had a schedule for an interview with our patient for the Grand Case Presentation. Unfortunately, we were not able to attend the lecture since our patient scheduled it himself. We were planning to come back to school after the interview, however, the lecture ended at the same time with our interview.

    Dear Maam/ Sir, Last October 7, 2011, Friday, we were absent on our lecture in Elective II for the following reason: Our group had a schedule for an interview with our patient for the Grand Case Presentation. It was the most convenient time for him and we werent expecting a lecture after the symposium. We, unfortunately, were not able to attend the lecture since our patient scheduled it himself when we spoke with him on the phone last Thursday (October 6, 2011) and we were thinking that he wont give us another chance if we will not show up for the appointment. We were planning to come back to school after the interview, however, the lecture ended at the same time with our interview. For this reason, we humbly apologize. We are all hoping for your kind consideration.
