and boxes (> Property Distance to Profile Bottom).

You can set the desired datum later when doing the page layout. Select as much boxes as required. Make sure you use the correct annotation scale! Check/Measure the width and height of the title boxes. Start Draw > Layout Page..., select a page setup and edit this page setup. The left and bottom margin are the desired page margins plus the width and height of the title and annotation boxes!

MX will create some extra views, adjacent to the profile view, to reference the title and annotation boxes. When you change the size or position of the annotation boxes, you must update the page setup to match those changes. Once youre done with your page setup, you can save the page setup for later use.

Annotate and layout profiles Continue with the page layout. Make sure you use the same scales for page layout and annotation.

You can specify the datum level in the Edit Page Layout panel. Note that the sheet margin above the plan view now matches sheet margin below the annotation boxes. The left margins match too.

So, to summarize... You define the vertical exaggeration already when you place the profile. When you annotate your profile, you must make sure that you have enough space between boxes and profile (> else the boxes might show in your profile view). You must use the same scale for annotation and for page layout. You must make sure that the annotation settings (MXTip file) and the page setup match, because in the MXTip file you define location and size of the boxes, and in the page setup you must define the space (> margins) for those boxes on your sheet.
