A Global Portfolio Investment Company is seeking to build their team

Financial Systems Engineer

To join the team developing and managing the firms complex & high frequency trading system within
a project management environment and close communication with execution system specialists and
brokers. He/she will also be involved in maintaining and operating the in-house electronic analysis and
trading systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent all round analytical and computing skills,
mathematical ability, able to meet deadlines coupled with, preferably, an exposure to the finance industry.
The individual will need to be able to understand complex trading processes and systems and help the
on-going development of control parameters, to ensure reliability, consistency, process quality and
control.
Requirements:
 A graduate Degree in chemical or electrical engineering, science, computing, or other numerate field
numerate or engineering field.
 A post-graduate Degree PhD level.
 Strong working and proven knowledge of .NET C# and SQL
 Proactive approach to implementing enhancements, process improvements, whilst maintaining
precision.
 Experience within a high frequency trade support environment.
 Ability to understand, monitor and develop complex workflows within a widely distributed real-time
system.
Business Systems Analyst
to join the existing Business Systems Development team and be involved with the ongoing development
of integrated systems including operations, legal, marketing and database management, and including
the ongoing development of a global set of related websites. The team is also responsible for designing,
maintaining and managing various reporting mechanisms globally. It further involves the development
and support of the companys marketing systems, third-party information systems and other business
related applications. We are seeking a professional with a critical approach to his/her work, experience
in a varied, fast-moving project environment, knowledge of databases, a desire to build flawless systems,
and with background in the development and design of large, complex software systems. We are seeking
an individual who has a meticulous eye for detail together with the ability to see the bigger picture,
and be a team player.
Requirements:
 A good honours degree in computing or numerate fields.
 At least 2 years development experience and 1 year experience in the financial industry
 Minimum 2 years work experience using MS Visual Studio 2000/2005 ASP .NET, C#
 Minimum 2 years work experience using MS SQL Server 2005/2008
 Minimum 2 years work experience in graphics design (PhotoShop, PaintShoPro, Illustrator)
 Experience in developing Web applications (.NET, HTML, Java/VB Script, IIS)
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 Excellent communications & interpersonal skills

Holders of a degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance and/or partly qualified accountants in the

Requirements

account.
 Ability to manage a portfolio of clients of various industries and size
 Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver successfully under pressure
 Ability to manage and develop an accounting team
 Good knowledge of the Cyprus VAT Law and experience in the VAT application and administration
 Excellent written / verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
 Professional attitude

Accountant-on behalf of our client in the legal sector (based in Nicosia):
 minimum 2 years of experience in the industry dealing with all accounting functions, preparation of
VAT,VIES, INTRASTAT,
 Good knowledge of the Cyprus VAT Law and experience in the VAT application and administration
 Excellent written / verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
 Computer literate (i.e. MS Office, internet, etc)
 Knowledge of E-soft accounting software will be considered as a strong advantage
Russian speaking accountant/auditor (1 position in Limassol)
Holders of an accounting qualification, having working experience in an audit firm for at least three
years handling a portfolio of overseas clients. Knowledge of E-soft accounting software and/or Caseware
will be considered as an advantage.
