If Furnace pressure low low ID fan-1 and ID fan-2 should trip. Please note that, ID fan motor tripping for furnace pressure low is not It should be incorporated in logic and write up please check it recommended by us. and conform.

We would like to inform you that,numbers of I/O's for drives (DOL/RDOL) have been considered as per the approved MCC scheme only. Local stop feedback (DI) to DCS is not envisaged by us as per our approved MCC scheme (DOL/RDOL) ,

For local stop Indication (DI) we will take signal from VFD pane only it is not related to MCC Scheme . so Kindly incorporatethis signal .In running plant suddenly if any body local stop operated and release how can you find out how fan is tripped with out this indication

As per the MOM dated 21.10.11(refer point no. 27) held at M/s CL office(Unit 7) , number of digital inputs & digital outputs for the VFD operated drives would be followed as per the approved DOL MCC control scheme only.

Motor is running in DCS mode or Panel mode or local control mode & motor running in local mode would be provided in the DCS station mode indication required in DCS (In VFD panel graphics for each motor block. From this, we can easily identify provision is there then only). whether motor is running in remote mode or local mode.
Note that, Local /remote selector switch has been considered in the VFD panel only. Moreover, motor can be started either from DCS or from LPBS based on the Local / remote selection. We have not envisaged start command from VFD/MCC panel as per the approved MCC scheme. Please elaborate your comment.

We would like to highlight you that ,generally auto start of standby pump would be achieved based on the pressure low feedback from running pump discharge line. Let us consider the worst case, if discharge pressure switch of running pump is giving feedback binary 0 & binary 1alternatively due to malfunction,then this will lead to unintentional auto start of standby pump & unwanted trip of running pump. This will increase the no of starts / stops. Still you need auto start for feed pumps ,then we will check with feed pump supplier for its auto start compatibility & revert to you. We reiterate that, numbers of I/O's for drives (DOL/RDOL) have been considered as per the approved MCC scheme only. Please accept.

If feed pump-1 kept in auto mode then if feed pump-2 trips Please note that, as per our standard engineering practice auto start logic is not recommended for HT motors since these HT motors will then with line discharge pressure low automatically feed be restricted for number of starts within stipulated time period in the pump-1 should start please check logic for implementation. HT panel numerical protection relay.

IF we consider auto start why no of startings/stopings will increase please clarify.

General comments Boiler start up logics diagram not available kindly clarify, Burner management system logics not available kindly clarify. Kindly include the comments whatever reflected in other documents like I/O, Instrument list kindly revised based on this document.

we agree the limitation in the no of cold start and hot start of HT motors,However by suitable logics 'Auto Start' with in permitted no of starts can be achieved ,Hence include Auto Start.
