No teams, other than those playing, are to enter any court while games are in play (all spectators on courts 1 & 2 MUST use the upstairs gallery, this includes all children). Please wait for games to finish before entering the court. Please ensure the money for umpires is given to the desk duty at the start of the game. Please advise your desk duty officers of the procedures they need to follow to cover the desk. Points have been deducted in the first half of the season for teams not providing umpires. Please ensure your allocated games have a qualified umpire. If your game is last to play then you will have an umpire duty the first game the following week, even if your game has been cancelled. The match ball is to be used for games only and not for warming up, please bring your team ball for your players to use. It is the desk duty officers responsibility to look after the match ball. Please let Claire Hughes (on 07812138146) know as soon as possible if your game will be played at a different time eg at training, these games must be played before the scheduled date.
