Job Description: Provide technical and non-technical support to outside customer inquiries via ph one calls and e-mails.

Provide technical support to computer users within the R ecorderas Office, Auditoras Office and Title Companies in downstairs basement of fice. Contact appropriate resource for service calls and ordering replacement p arts. Job Responsibilities: aComputer Hardware and Software Support 1. Install new hardware or relocate existing hardware as directed by supervisor. 2. Install software applications as directed by supervisor. a Network Support: 1. Verify at regular intervals that Web Site Servers are functioning properly an d perform routine maintenance. 2. Provide diagrams of Departments within the Organization showing location of N etwork Computers along with corresponding Host Name, IP Address, and Wall Drop. a Special Projects: 1. Provide technical support to employees generating Bar Code Cover Sheets, Scan ning Documents, and performing Indexing and Verification. 2. Provide Data Archiving in Film and DVD format. a Computer Inventory: 1. Maintain database in aExcela and aDNA Net Supporta of the following: a) Servers a" description, asset tag, serial number, host name, ip address, loca tion. b) Desktops a" description, asset tag, serial number, host name, ip address, use r. c) Peripherals a" monitors, printers, battery backups. 2. Identify surplus equipment, notify ISC and prepare for disposal.
