HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

The patient was diagnosed with Posterior Right Hip Dislocation with Closed Complete Fracture of his Posterior Right Acetabulum. A night prior to admission he is running in a street and jumped to a friend and had a bad fall. And immediately rushed to Philippine Orthopedic Center for further evaluation and prompt interventions. He was admitted to room 206 of Male Traction Ward of Philippine Orthopedic Center on January 12, 2012.
