Admission The admitting section staff will facilitate all admission procedures. All patients for admission should pass through the emergency room for initial assessment of our resident-on-duty doctors. Medicare, PHIC and HMO Patients Medicare papers can be secured at the admitting section or PHIC office. HMO affiliated patients are required to bring their authorization letters or identification cards(ID). In case of emergency, these are waived. The Hospital is a NO Smoking Zone Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the patients room and within the hospital premises. The consultants at MRXUH are experienced specialists and Board Certified in all areas of specialization e.g. Internal Medicine, OB-Gyne, Pediatrics, Surgery and Family Medicine.

Kidney Services Equipped with 3 hemodialysis machines, headed by a competent nephrologists and especially trained staff to care for the patients during the procedure. Non- Invasive Cardiovascular Laboratory Offers the following services: ECG, Treadmill Exercise Test, 2-D Echocardiogram and Doppler, and Peripheral Vascular and Transcranial Analysis, Apharesis

Endoscopy Services The ranges of services offered are gastroscopy, proctosigmoidoscopy and bronchoscopy Rehabilitation Medicine Offers rehabilitation consultation, physical therapy, occupational therapy and orthopaedic, prosthetic services. It attends to adult and pediatric patients with impairment and disabilities arising from neurologic, musculoskeletal, cardiac and pulmonary disorders. It has PT and OT facilities; ultrasound, infrared, hot packs , paraffin bath, TENS, FES, a therapeutic gym and assistive devices. Manpower is ably provided by a physiatrists physical and occupational therapists and orthodist/prposthetist.

Laboratory Services Offers the following Services: Prostatic Specific Antigen (PSA), T3T4, Glycosalated Hemoglobin, Stone Analysis, Complete Blood Chemistries, Culture & Sensitiviy (with identification of specific microorganism) Apheresis for therapeutic procedure, Dengue NS1 Antigen and other routine examinations. Pulmonary Services Offers the following: arterial blood gas examination, ultrasonic nebulization and the use of respirator.

Radiology Services Four slices bright speed CT Scan (GE), Ultrasound, and two units X-ray machines. Portable X-ray. Love-The- Eye and Ear Program Free eye and ear examinations for indigent patients. Free ear screening for public school children to prevent hearing disabilities. Monthly Love-the-ear outreach mission in different towns of Misamis Oriental. New born hearing screening. Ambulance Service On 24-hours service with rates according to distance traveled. Security Services On 24-hours service.
