Failing polygon (SC320) motor usually caused by overheating because of defective cooling fan.SC503/504 tray
Lift motor malfunction (SC503,5O4) First check for paper behind the trays otherwise open the combined lift
motor of the paper tray unit and you will see one of the wires from the liftmotor is broken from the contact.
