I logged on to do some simple Worlds investigation: server checking, taken talle y of regulars, etc.

But what it lead to was far more interesting than what I had hoped for. Nexialist, the infamous Worlds user (known for being a "Keybearer") teleported to me and stood silent. I began to ask him some questions, but he hardly responded, leading me to believ e he was just screwing with me; when I asked him about showing me private worlds , he disappeared. I figured he had left and fled at the request, but my instinct said to follow him. So I did. To save the excitement, I will not spoil every detail, but I will say this: What Nexialist showed me proved to me that, for one, he was the REAL Nexialist, and two, there really is more than meets the eye when you are dealing with World s.com This so called game, was supposed to be friendly. But back then, kids didn't play online games in 1994 - 2000 like these. Adults infested them, they are what we known as "regulars." Being ab le to do what ever they wanted with a tool called "The Shaper" they started to b uild. Cities, pyramids and hidden worlds that were lost with time. We were a group of people, newbies in this game. We joined through a steam group . The game was pretty new to us and due to the old java code some had problems but it was easily fixed with the compatibility mode. We learned about some fun things about this game, style customization and player s could explore rooms for new avatars. I became a Red Porsche. To our amazement we found old players, the "regulars". The most amazing thing was that after all these years some could not type proper ly. But they were friendly. And suddenly a chat bubble popped ut, I had gotten a mes sage from a woman that had her avatar for an angel. She seemed nice and while chatting I kept staring at three regulars in a corner of the lobby. The problem was that I couldn't see what they were chatting about since I was not close. But their avatars were applauding, doing moves and shit. We all added each other to our in game friend list in case we were lost and need ed to find each other, since the game has this cool teleport feature. Great for stalking too. Our friend teleported to a regular and found this beach. Here is a picture. We from this beach we found portals leading to other levels in this game. Our most experienced member, called Grad was leading us as he had been playing t his game for a couple of days more than us and frankly enjoyed it. He loved the players creations and would show us these cool rooms. We flew on Pegasus over an island and even found a portrait of Harry Potter as a kid. Grad was always talking about regulars, that they had stored private worlds. Imp ossible to find. He kept saying how "interesting" they were and wanted to show u s one but at this moment it was apparently deleted. The creator of their own levels could either but their worlds on restriction to edit them and stop people from joining for workspace. We even found halls with players name and portraits. Pretty odd but It was fun t

o know the community. SirGemini is in the picture, he is pretty much active and can be found in a disc o club or a ranch. He is now a community master and holds fun events. But what h e does during the breaks, I have no idea since I am not allowed to teleport to h im due to him being in a private area. The next group we gathered as usual in the Group chat room. However Grad told us he could not join us at this time since he was busy with so mething. He was online in the game but non reachable. He just said that he was on a "tour ". We found a MugShot room of active regulars. Some even posted their grandchildren, children or even families in general. The picture shows a portrait of some ugly mom. Hence this was the only time Grad was with us that day. Sorry for the mistake in the first line, what I meant was "The next day the group gathered as..." Later that day, Grad was telling us about this infamous player called Nexialist, we weren't really thinking much of it since we were in a space ship similar to the USS Voyager from Star Trek. He kept rambling about this guy being a Keybeare r, that this player he knew where many private worlds were. I asked a regular about this said person but this player told me to not to worry about him. Pretty odd, I asked why but the regular told me that he was boring a nd then told me to see his boat. Pretty fun boat. The group arrived at the boat and we were exploring the deck. Found fish, squids and cannons. Meanwhile Grad told me to teleport to him. The picture is of an easter egg I found in a level called "The Waiting Room" thi s hidden room could be accessed by walking through a picture of a saint. I teleported to Grad but he was in the main lobby. He told me it was too late, t hat that the moment had passed. I found it odd but maybe some bug might had shown up that stopped him from showi ng me something. The next day the group gathered through an event notice. We were in the chat room and Grad told us to hurry up and join his livestream. H e posted the link and now there were 2 viewers. The rest, 5 people, were having problems with the livestream. Black screen and lag. Some of them were trying to clear the cache and fix some settings but the livestream went fine for me. While watching I noticed an announcement in the group page. Apparently it hadn't popp ed up when I was on Steam. It read "Nexialist makes contact" and there were some stuff about the livestream and about some hidden world to be shown. It was intriguing. The picture is of a mineshaft under the "Animal House" which is targeted for kid s to win virtual prizes. Pretty odd maze I tell you, It lead to a stage with lights and everything but I wasn't able to explore the other paths in the maze since the server went offline for maintenance. The livestream was pretty low quality because of the bad service. But I could ma ke out most of the things. The name tags were hard to make out but I didn't care about that.

His avatar was a tall long gray man with a green shit and brown pants. Pretty si mple. He was walking around the lobby for a while but this lobby was modified wi th modern shops like Starbucks and even had a music store. Pretty cool since thi s game seemed really old. But the regular that was in charge of the world was an active regular. I was sent him a message through steam about this livestream, what was going to happen in general. I even saw the window pop up on his screen but the highlighte d pointer of his just clicked it down. Because at that moment he was excitingly moving his mouse of the screen as he fi nally had everything in control He immediately started moving his character to a black figure. I really couldn't make out what it was wearing or how it looked like. The picture is taken in a hidden place I found by walking toward a mirror in an official world not made by a regular but an admin. It looked like Ancient China but just colorless. I could've messaged the other players to join us as quickly as possible, but I d idn't. There didn't seem to be anything off. He was following this guy through a city and the shadowy figure seemed enjoy run ning around in the city but eventually hit a dead end. The player turned around and wrote, "Follow me then." Atleast that's what Grad told me through a message. I couldn't make out anything . And Grad decided to teleport to the regular known as Nexialist. The screen went black. I could see the client blue borders but still the actual game was black. It flickered for a second, I believe it was some kind of gray room. Was really h ard to study it under a second. He asked me if I was seeing what he was seeing in Caps Lock. I thought honestly that he was screwing with me. He wrote to me how messed up th e level was. No blood shit or stuff like that. He disconnected the livestream be cause he thought he could fix the black screen issue I was seeing. But then he t old me instead that he would take pictures of the level. He never did that thoug h since he didn't have an screenshotting tool and had to rely on PRNT SCRN and P aint. So the number of pictures were limited by time and excitement. The picture is from a hidden room I found by running alongside a wall in a libra ry. It seems endless. Grad messaged me that Nexialist might go to another private world. He didn't des cribe to me how the private world he was currently on looked like or what it was about. He quickly created a group event regarding these new events and had written that we should all log in and teleport to him. We were 7 players at the time when we logged in. I teleported to Grad as fast as I could after I had logged in. The world we were in was empty. Just a gray floor. It seemed like we were in space, floating on a gray floor. And then something flickered and a whole city appeared to us. The textures must' ve decided to load. The group spread out and Grad kept writing on the chat how excited he was. It felt like I was in Mirror's Edge, except instead of everything being white, b lueish and red it was instead gray. Shadows and lightning helped me make out bui ldings and blocks. I found a gray dumpster, empty at the time. Some found gray cars that were blocky, something a kid would draw. I checked another dumpster and found a red cube in it. My mouse was hovering on it and the pointing hand icon was showing. I clicked on it and to my surprise th ere appeared emerge a rubberbanding effect at first, it seemed like an earthquak

e was emerging and then, the whole floor that the city was sitting on got split in half. The picture I took it from was on a tower I explored in this area. Luckily it wa s the first time I saw the color red. The floor opened up like it was a door. All the players in the group fell down in to the wast emptiness. We all were rub berbanding up and down as we were falling down. I can describe it as we were sha king really fast up and down. Eventually we hit rock bottom. The picture is taken in a rare moment when falling down, I saw this red star. Fo r two seconds then it disappeared. I could not walk towards it. We regrouped after we hit the floor. The floor a little brighter than the rest o f the black surroundings. Nobody was really doing some exploring except one guy in our group while everyon e in the group chat was talking how awesome and messed up that was. Then suddenly the exploring player started spamming in chat about how he had fou nd something. He had been walking and suddenly he hit something invisible and a windows popped up informing him that his character was being teleported to a loc ation. We found ourselves in a small room with four walls with the same thing over it. Picture related. We really didn't know what to do. It was a small space and we continued to walk towards the was to get teleported somewhere else but nothing happened. We even c licked everywhere but nothing happened. We wanted to make sure we didn't miss anything but after a few minutes we realiz ed there was no escape. And then suddenly all of our avatars became invisible. T his happens time to time when a player hits a trigger and the creator can make t he player's avatar change. And in the same moment we were teleported out of the room and back to the lobby. To our amazement we realized we looked like this. I realized that the games motto "Building better Worlds-together" could mean a l ot of things. We realized by now that this game has a lot to show. And I still wonder what happened with the shadowy figure back then, was he still watching us? Who knows... We are always looking for new explorers in our group at http://steamcommunity.com/groups/V-arch http://angeleyesesprit.sytes.net/aee/worlds/RoseGZ/groundzero.world#Reception<di mension-1>@1221.0,-2455.0,150.0,207.0,0.0,0.0,-1.0
