Forever was just a Lie

In the midst of this bright and lonely night I find myself alone in the dark Tears fell right before my eyes As I remember everything and nothing seems right My heart pounds as it grieves The pain is too much for me to live with You left, and everything was in misery Happiness has already abandoned me And against the wall of this dark room I punched my hands through it But my heart hurts more than what my hands could feel I still hope even though its only a dream to be your groom Everything Ive dreamt and hoped for is gone This world has left me with nothing to hold on How am I suppose to move on with this frustrations When all I can ask for is you alone The promise of forever was only a lie now Nothing lasts and everything was now just a sad memory This dream of a happy ending was just a part of my fantasy I have to face reality and leave this fantasy behind me Life was never been so easy Its cruel, unfair, and full of misery You were everything to me But now I have to set you free You were the smile that I wear The laugh that I share But all has disappeared And GOODBYE is the only word that I hear
