06-36 Summary of Customer Complaints

In 2011, IntelePeer, Inc. ("lntelePeer") received complaints from two customers regarding their improper and unauthorized access to third-party online CPNI information. Third-party call detail information was inadvertently included in files uploaded to the secure on-line sites of these two customers. IntelePeer removed the offending information immediately, blocked access to the sites for all customers until verifying that all other records were assigned appropriately, notified affected customers and submitted its report consistent with the FCCs rules after completing its internal investigation. Our management team conducted a thorough review of our relevant uploading processes and procedures, and then expeditiously adopted process improvements to eradicate any problems.
