DISCUSSIONS Brainstorming

1. Update progress from each group members. 2. Show the new process flow diagram (PFD) to madam- Recheck with madam and seek for advice. 3. Update the new mass balance. 4. Proceeds with each jobs Settle with new energy balance.
CONCLUSIONS

1. Each person should study more about each part for equipment sizing and then should start with the calculation for reactor, cyclone, heat exchanger, quench tower, absorption unit and distillation column. 2. Based on the new PFD, need to be revising back about the temperature, any additional unit such as separator and so on. 3. The new mass balance has done and proceeds with energy balance. Make sure that the condition at the equipment is suitable such as the temperature at heat Exchanger is enough to cool down the gas temperature in the tube heat exchanger. 4. Advise from supervisor- study about synthetic gas and syn gas, the difference/similarity between both gases.
